I'm Meowcifer, I draw mostly animals and anthro art!Please read my Terms of Service and Prices before requesting a commissioned art piece!
Terms of Service
GENERAL- Please fully read my TOS before contacting me. I will refer back to this link for any question that can be answered by it. This is an unfortunate necessity due to scambot attempts in the past.
- Paypal only (except Ko-Fi commissions)
- I take payment in Euros, please ensure you send me the correct sum and currency.
- Full payment upfront for pieces priced €50 or lower.
- Minimum €55 deposit for more expensive commissions, full payment required before I proceed with coloring/rendering.
- Watermark-free art will only be provided after complete payment
- Black-and-white images count as colored image for pricing purposes
- Unless otherwise agreed, I will assume you are ok with posting the resulting commission on my social media.
- You are NOT allowed to use my art as NFTs even if you commission me and pay commercial fee, I do not consent to have my art used in such a manner.
- You are NOT allowed to use my art to train AI even if you commissioned it and pay commercial fee, I do not consent to have my art used for Generative AI of any kind.
REFUNDS AND REVISIONS- Up to 3 free minor revisions allowed for animal portraits anytime before finishing, within reason
- One free revision allowed for OC sketches
- Up to 2 free revisions/do-overs allowed for OC before coloring, up to 2 minor revisions allowed after coloring startsPartial refund will be issued on the following basis:
- After detailed consult and initial sketching, I will retain a flat fee of €20 and return the rest.
- After complete sketching, before coloring, I will retain up to 60% of total payment, and return the rest.
- No refund is issued for sketches and any art priced €20 or lower.
- No refund is issued after coloring process starts.
- I may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis, such as if I have to suddenly cancel the commission for unexpected health issues on my part, or similar circumstances, and provide partial refund regardless of drawing progress for the inconvenience.
HOW TO REQUESTRead the TOS first, then contact me in private with the following information:
- Desired image resolution, or at least desired layout (ex: A4, A3, 3:1, 1:1, etc.), and if you want a specific DPI.
- Desired use (youtube header, profile pic, printed image, etc.)
- Description of what you wish me to draw for your commission, please be as specific as possible.
- As much reference as you can provide. If you cannot provide any visual reference, at least include a very detailed description.
- If you wish to stay within a specific budget, please let me know and we can what can be arranged within that sum. Please be realistic in your expectations and respects the limits of what I can include depending on the amount.
- After initial consult, I will quote you the price based on my standard prices + any additional fees that may apply
- I will also roughly estimate the time it may take me to finish. I will err on the longer side to be safe, so it may be done sooner if I can.
- If you accept, once payment is processed I will proceed with the sketch and so on. I generally like to keep a client updated and involved in the process as much as possible, especially during the sketching phase. Feel free to check in yourself if at any point you want to know how it's going!
- If I realize it will take me longer than initially estimated for any reason, I will let you know immediately. This is usually due to reasons beyond my control (ex: the last time it happened, a sudden flood had damaged the infrastructure of my city and there was no reliable electricity for about a week).
WILL DO- Animal art and pet portraits
- Anthro and furry art (SFW or mildly suggestive)
- Monsters and creatures (SFW or mildly suggestive)
- Animal parodies of famous artists/artworks (ex: my "Kitten Scream" inspired by Munch or my "No Kiss" inspired by Klimt)
- OC Sheets, profile pics, headers, thumbnails and so on
MAY DO
- Human characters (human faces are not my strong suit)
- NSFW, as in "spicy" art (excluding certain themes)
- NSFW as in violence and gore (depends on complexity/specific topic)
- Lineart only (not my forte, still working on improving, I actually often don't draw any lineart for my art!)
- Mecha/robots (not super confident I can do a good job with these for now, but I can try!)
WILL REFUSE- Minors in inappropriate situations
- Hate speech/symbols
- Certain NSFW themes (no judgement but I may be uncomfortable or unable to draw certain kinks)
- In general, I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I am uncomfortable with the subject, or believe it is something I cannot create a good enough result for
PRICES
Please note that my prices are in euros, if you normally use a different currency (such as USD) it will not be equivalent to the same sum!I only accept payment in Euro. This is unfortunately not negotiable.Please also note that these are base prices meant to give an idea of what you can expect, the specific price for your request may vary depending on overall complexity, how easy it is to find clear references, how long it may take to complete, and so on.However, the price will be decided before I start working on the piece and that will be final, you will not pay any additional fees unless you request multiple revisions, ask to add elements that were previously not agreed on, and so forth.

FINE ART STYLE ANTHRO
Fully rendered, full color, can be based on a famous painting or a more original concept in a specific art style (Impressionist, Expressionist, etc.) or by a specific artist (Van Gogh, Munch, etc.)Starting from €155+
I will not make these for commercial use.
(These take a long ass time to make, between searching refs, replicating the style, all the details, etc, so this is just the minimum starting price, actual price will likely be higher depending on the piece)
